The Compliance Department is the subdivision of the Finance Department. Ayabulela Bennedict Makabane has in terms of section 33(2) of the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 as amended, been appointed by the Minister of Employment and Labour as the Designated agent of the National Bargaining Council for the Chemical Industry.
