The Core Business of the NBCCI

The National Bargaining Council for the Chemical Industry (NBCCI) is based in Johannesburg, South Africa and serves the Chemical industry nationally. The NBCCI draws its authority from various labour legislations of South Africa viz. Labour Relations Act of 1995, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and its Constitution. The primary aim of the NBCCI is to enhance labour peace within the Chemical Industry through dispute prevention and dispute resolution processes.
